The bottles are in! The new batch of bottles came in from Thames Distillers today and we are busy fulfilling back orders. The new, coloured bottles are beautiful!
We often distil a mixture of the botanical with alcohol: a sort of botanical soup. We find that this gives us access to a broader range of molecular flavour notes than filtering them out before distillation. It also means that we get some beautiful patterns on the bottom of our distillation flasks…
